Playoffs: Homenetmen vs Champville Game 1 in Numbers

17 Apr. 2017 – The playoffs kicked off today with 2 clashes. Homenetmen hosted Champville while Mouttahed hosted Louaize.

It was a close game in the beginning where the hosts ended the first quarter 20-15, and they have managed to widen the gap and end the second 40-26.

Homenetmen entered the second half very focused and were leading by 23 points 64-41 at the end of the third quarter.


Finally, Homenetmen grabbed an important win 84-59 to lead the series 1-0 and defend their winning streak. Here are some stats of the game: As usual, Fadi El Khatib left our mouths hanging open after watching him score 25 points with 5 rebounds and 4 assists, followed by his two lebanese teammates Elie Chamoun and Nadim Souaid with 11 points each.

It’s worth mentioning that the Tiger became the top scorer of our league, imports included.

As for Champville, their best scorer was Brandon Thomas with 15 points 8 rebounds and 2 assists, followed by Ali Farhat who has pulled an incredible performance coming off the bench, scoring 13 points with 3 rebounds and 2 assists.
