Lebanese Futsal League: Al Mayadeen goes Top of the League
The 7th round of the Lebanese futsal league, ended with Al Mayadeen going top of the league after defeating AUST 2-0 at the Sadd stadium.
The 6th win of the leaders didn’t come easily, with AUST being one of the most physical and offensive teams in the league. The result could have been much different, had the university of science and technology converted their many chances, all coming through defensive mistakes from Al Mayadeen.
Moustafa Hallak and Moustafa Rhayem scored for the winning team, who’s now leading the Lebanese army and BoB by goals difference.
Bank of Beirut on the other hand, continued its series of large wins in the Lebanese league, by defeating Al Rabih 10-2, in a game which took place at Emile Lahoud stadium.
The scorers for the winning team, were Vladan Visitic(2), Ali El Homsi(2), Ahmad Kheir El Din, Hassan Hamoud(2), Moustafa Serhan, Mahdi Kobeissi and Ahmad Melhem with an own goal. For the losing team, Ahmad Melhem and Hassan Mortada were the only scorers.
Also, on the same court, El Choueifat team enjoyed a third win this season, against El Kalamoun this time, with a final score of 6-3. Ibrahim Hamoud(2), Nassib Bou Antoun(3), Ihab Zein El Din scored El Choueifat’s goals, while Abdullah Mohamed, Hassan Sahyoun and Mohamed Charaf El Dine scored the losing team goals.
