Lebanese F1 Future Tennis Tournament – Day 1 Results

01 June. 2015 – On Monday June 1, the F1 Future Tennis Tournament kicked off at ATCL, organized by the Lebanese tennis federation.

Many players from different countries are participating in this tournament, with the money prizes going up to 15 000$.

On the first day, 4 games were being played in the single men category.

First, Sasha Mirziti from Italy defeated Yaacoub Makhzoumi from Syria 2-0 (6-3 6-1), while another Italian player, Francesco Garzelli also enjoyed a first round victory against Milos Sekoliltch from Sweden 2-0 (6-1 6-1). Moreover, Vladimir Philip from Romania beat Aria Harachi from Switzerland 2-0 (6-1 6-1). Finally, Karim Aalaf from Syria grabbed a 2-0 (6-0 6-2) victory against Seif Aads from Jordan.

On the other hand, in the doubles category, Matheo Marvia from Italy and his Swiss partner Lucas Magaroli defeated Philip Knizervitch (Montenegro) and Elie Mohaseb (Lebanon) 2-0 (6-0 6-2).

Tomorrow, Tuesday June 2, the first round will come to an end with 12 games scheduled in the single men category.
