Lebanese Basketball NT to Face Syria Tonight in Anticipation of WABA 2017!

23 Jan. 2017 – Tonight, January 23rd, the Lebanese basketball national team will play its first friendly game before the West Asian Tournament.

Coach Joe Moujaes and his players will host Syria at Champville’s court in Dik El Mehdi, at 8:30 P.M. It is not sure yet as to whether the game will be behind closed doors or not, but it will surely be a great opportunity for the coach to put his systems in play.


Moreover, with the latest changes made to the lineup, Ali Mezher & Bassel Bawji will be there to replace Rodrigue Akl & Ali Kanaan.

The other players in the team are Wael Arakji, Jad Khalil, Nadim Souaid, Elie Stephan, Elie Rustom, Amir Saoud, Fadi El Khatib, Ali Haidar, Charles Tabet and Ater Majok.
