Lebanese Basketball: New Import to Join Tadamon Zouk against Mayrouba

11 Jan. 2017 – Herbert Hill, the American basketball player, is Tadamon’s new import who will replace the injured Power Forward Jonathan Holton.


Holton played 7 games with the team scoring an average of 16.8 points per game, 11.8 rebounds and 1.29 assists. His replacement, Hill, stands at 2.08 m and weighs 110 kg. He is a former NBA player. In 2007, he became the third Friar to lead the Big East Conference in scoring. Hill was drafted in the second round, 55th overall, by the Utah Jazz in the 2007 NBA draft, and subsequently traded to the Philadelphia 76ers.

Locally, Hill played with Champville Club back in 2015 and previously played with Amchit club. Hill will have to prove himself in tonight’s game against Mayrouba that will be played in Nohad Nawfal Satdium at 5:30 PM.
