Aziza SBEITY ran her second best at the IAAF World Championship

24 Aug. 2015 Aziza SBEITY was the only Lebanese  Athlete representing her country at the IAAF World Championship in Beijing, China. She ran the 100 meters in 11.98 seconds; her second best time after her 11.91 earlier this year.

“Wow… Running in that “Bird’s Nest” was one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had
11.98 was my time in the 100m, my second (official) best time this year and my second under 12 run of the season. I couldn’t be happier! (Actually I could had I at least ran a personal best or broken the record)
“I’m so grateful for this wonderful season which has been by far the BEST season of my whole athletic career. I am grateful for all the love and support I got from my coach Alice, family, teammates, friends, physiotherapists, and everyone who texted and wished me well! You have no idea what your words of support mean to me.
I am already ready for next season to start!!!” wrote Aziza on her Facebook account.

The World Champion just started, today is the second day of competition and we will be waiting for the duel between Usain BOLT and Justin GATLIN at 4:15 PM.
