Andre Nader Officially Signs with French Futsal Team

04 Feb. 2017 – Club 1875 (USJ) continue to spread worldwide, with Andre Nader officially signing with a French futsal team.

In fact, Club 1875’s player continues to shine abroad. First of all, a training camp was held in summer with the 4-time table tennis French champion. Then Ahmad Hamdan moved to Futsal Club Picasso Échirolles, 8th in the Division 1 French Futsal League. After these two main accomplishments, Andrea Abi Saab moved to France to sign with ASC Dunois, the volleyball team.

It was then time for Andre Nader to finalize a deal with French futsal team Garges Djibson, the team who is currently second in the French league. Moreover, the team is a big contender for the title, so this move in itself is a huge accomplishment for the Lebanese futsal player. The French team was attracted to the Club 1875 and national team player since day 1 because of his vast skill set and physical condition.

We should also mention that General Secretary of Club 1875, Coach Maroun El Khoury, will visit the French capital at the end of the month to launch an association for all athletes who have graduated from USJ and that are now in Europe. Through this association, he will contact universities, clubs and federations in the continent. He will also meet with officials and coaches of the volleyball, table tennis, futsal and basketball federations. He will also be meeting big names of French sports.
