5 Lebanese Skiers to the 28th Winter Universiade in Almaty

24 Jan. 2017 – Five Lebanese skiers will represent Lebanon at the 28th Winter Universiade in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The winter Games will start on the 29th of January and end on the 8th of February 2017.

Alex Abou Jouade, Allen Behlok, Jeffrey Rahme, Natasha Mohbat and Isabelle Fayad are the five skiers who will compete on the world university level. Everyone is taking part in the Slalom and Giant Slalom.

Jeffrey Rahme, who competed last year in the Winter Youth Olympic Games that were held in Lillehamer, Norway, will also compete in the Supper G and Super Combined.

We should note that the Winter and Summer Universiade are held in the same year. We wish our national team the best!
